When acoustic exterior louvers are used in fresh air intake and exhaust, they both reduce the noise coming from the external environment and prevent it from passing into the ventilation system, and also reduce the amount of sound emitted to the external environment by dampening the noise generated during firing. The wings and the entire frame are made of specially drawn galvanized steel sheet and the insulation material is made of 70 kg/m3 density rock wool.
Acoustic exterior louver consists of frame, walled horizontal wings and acoustic insulation material inside the wings.

Test Setup:
In order to perform one-way sound measurement, a Test Room should be established with reference to ASTM 90 E and ISO 11691 standards.
After the Test Room is established, the sound wave must be transferred from the source room to the analysis room and the shutters must maintain the noise level at the level specified by the standards.
