SWOT Analysis Training

Purpose of Training:

The aim of the SWOT Workshop is to explain one of the basic tools used in monitoring the institution and its environment using case studies.

Content of the Training:

•Key points in strategic planning with SWOT Analysis.

•Establishing the goals, objectives and strategic directions of the units by defining the key points.

•In addition to opportunities (situations that may have potential positive consequences for the institution) and threats (situations that may have potential negative consequences for the institution); assessment of strengths (what the organization can do) and weaknesses (what the organization cannot do).

•SWOT analysis.

Participant Profile: System founders, Business qualified technical managers, Business senior managers who are involved in the establishment of the Management System.

Exam: Exam can be taken at the end of the training.
