Purpose of Training:

One of the basic steps of the strategic planning process is to analyze the current situation. In order to develop future goals, targets and strategies, first of all, the relations between the institution / organization and its environment are analyzed and the institution / organization asks "where are we?" The question needs to be answered. In addition to evaluating past performance in the current situation, it includes evaluating what resources it has or what aspects it lacks, and positive or negative developments beyond the control of the organization. The strengths to be determined will shed light on the future goals of the organization, and the weaknesses will form the basis for the measures the organization will take. With this training provided in this context, it is aimed to explain the necessary techniques and applications to enable the institution / organization to analyze the current situation and determine their potential by taking into account their current performance and problems.
