Hygienic design, hygienic material and end product features of air conditioning and cooling products are tested within the scope of the standards given below, according to European and international standards. As a result of the tests performed, the products are approved as hygienic products.
In the hygienic certification process, hygiene requirement units for ventilation are determined.
The sample is made operational for checks to be carried out at the customer's site. The area is determined.
First, checks are carried out without running the sample in the existing area. These controls;
- Air particle measurement
- Air Microbiology measurement
- Swap acquisition from the sample surface for microbiological controls
Ventilation controls are started in the area. Indoor and outdoor air quality is evaluated.
Air particle and air microbiology samples are taken from the environment.
Swap acquisition for microbiological controls from the sample surface
Microbiological swap control is performed in the environment where the sample is run.
Final checks are carried out after the sample has been running for approximately 24 hours.
Comfortable and Physiological conditioning
Reducing particle and microorganism concentrations
Reducing odor sources and the emission of z gases
Keeping heat loads under control
Control of air speed
Material information control and final swap analysis
The standards used in evaluation are given below.
