Tests are conducted for the hygienic design, hygienic materials, and final product characteristics of air conditioning and refrigeration products according to European and international standards, as outlined in the standards provided below. As a result of the tests, the products are approved as hygienic products.
In the hygienic certification process, hygiene requirements for ventilation units are determined.
Samples are brought into working condition for on-site controls to be applied by the customer. The area is designated.
First, controls are carried out in the existing area without operating the sample. These controls include:
Ventilation controls in the area are then initiated. The indoor and outdoor air quality are assessed.
Air particle and air microbiology samples are taken from the environment.
Swab sampling for microbiological controls is done from the sample surface.
Microbiological swab control is performed in the environment where the sample is operated.
Final controls are conducted approximately 24 hours after the sample has been in operation.
